Casas de Hualdo is an estate located in natural area at the shores of the Tagus River. Modern cultivation and irrigation systems allow them to make unique oils while preserving the natural heritage. Casas de Hualdo has been included in the prestigious Grandes Pagos del Olivar association, comprised of a select group of top-flight olive oil producers.
Reserva De Familia Casas De Hualdo is first-day-of-the-harvest blend of four different olive varieties, Arbequina, Picual, Cornicabra and Manzanilla. Interesting complexity and persistence are noticeable attributes of this oil. Aromas of green grass, artichoke, lettuce, green almond and apple are present. A multitude of notes can be discovered in its long after-taste and it finishes with a peppery end.
